When 15Five is the right call

What Teemzo actually does

You add the person being reviewed, their manager, and up to four peers. Everyone fills out a short private survey. The manager gets the responses, adds their own notes, and Teemzo drafts a written review from all of it. The manager edits it, approves it, and shares it. Peer feedback stays visible to the manager only — the reviewee gets the manager's final written review, not raw peer responses.
