Refund Policy

First review — 30-day unconditional refund

Your first review on Teemzo is refundable for 30 days after purchase, no questions asked. It doesn't matter whether peer responses have been collected, whether the review has been finalized, or whether you've already shared it. If you're not satisfied within 30 days of your first purchase, email us and we'll refund you in full.

Subsequent reviews — standard policy

Reviews after your first may be fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase, provided no peer responses have been submitted yet. Once peer responses have been collected, subsequent reviews are not eligible for a refund — data collection is underway and the core service has been delivered.
